Terms

• Please note that if you participate in any local activities such as tobogganing, snowmobiling, skiing husky and reindeer safaris, etc you do so at your own risk and should check that you have appropriate insurance cover. We, the owners will not be able to accept responsibility for any accident, illness, death or loss whatsoever.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Final cleaning, bed linen (beds made) and firewoods are included in the price.
• Reservations start at 17.00 and end at 11.00 (also in weekend bookings)
• The customer will be liable to pay for any damages to the cabin or its equipment caused by them or members of their party. 
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable on reservation with the final balance due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday
• The booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit (20% of the rental fee) by the due date or once the customer has paid both the deposit and the final instalment together.
• If the booking is made 27 days or less before the start of the rental period, the full sum must be paid on the day of booking.
• Notice of cancellation by the client must be made in writing.
• Clients who cancel a booking will forfeit their deposit (20% of the price of the rental fee).
• If the cancellation is made less than 28 days before the start of or during the stay, payments made by the client will not be refunded.
• Please note that we charge a security deposit of €150 in addition to the rental fee to cover possible damages or the non-performance of obligations on the part of the client. We will return the security deposit within seven days of the day of departure. Damage repairs and the cost of cleaning may be deducted from this security deposit.
